Effective date and last updated: July 13, 2026.
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy" or "AUP") is issued by AW AntiCheat ("AW AntiCheat", "we", "us", or "our") and governs all use of the AW AntiCheat service, consisting of the AW AntiCheat web panel (including accounts, license management, the configuration editor, billing, and support tickets), all associated API endpoints, and the AW AntiCheat server-side resource for FiveM / GTA V roleplay servers (the "Resource") — together, the "Service".
This Policy forms part of a single agreement set together with the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Billing Policy, and the End User License Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement Documents"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents. In using the Service, you agree to all Agreement Documents; if you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
By creating an account, purchasing or activating a license, installing the Resource, calling any Service API, or otherwise accessing any part of the Service, you accept this Policy and agree to be bound by it. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.
1.Scope and Application
This Policy applies to every person and entity that accesses or uses any part of the Service, including registered account holders, license holders, server owners and their staff, administrators, moderators, developers, and any person acting on their behalf or through their credentials (each, a "you" or "Customer"). It applies to the web panel, to every API endpoint we expose (including license validation endpoints), and to the Resource as installed and operated on your FiveM game server.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, under your licenses, and on any server on which your license is bound, whether or not that activity was authorized by you. You may permit authorized personnel — meaning staff, co-owners, or developers who administer your single licensed server on your behalf — to access the panel, your license keys, your HMAC signing secret, or your server configuration, provided that you bind them to comply with this Policy and the other Agreement Documents; you remain fully responsible and liable for their acts and omissions as if they were your own. Any disclosure of credentials, license keys, or signing secrets beyond such authorized personnel — including to any service, marketplace, or unrelated party — is prohibited. A violation committed through your account, license, or authorized personnel is treated as your violation.
Where this Policy overlaps with another Agreement Document, the provision that is most protective of AW AntiCheat and of the integrity of the Service shall control, except where the Refund & Billing Policy expressly governs payment matters or the End User License Agreement expressly governs the license grant.
2.Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is available only to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have full legal capacity to enter into the Agreement Documents. We may suspend or terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, belongs to a person who does not meet this requirement, without refund.
Sign-in to the panel is provided exclusively through Discord OAuth. You must not create or access an account using a Discord account that you do not own or control, use throwaway or fraudulently obtained Discord accounts to evade a prior ban or suspension, or misrepresent your identity to us. Creating a new account to circumvent an administrative ban of a previous account is itself a violation of this Policy and grounds for immediate termination of the new account.
You must keep your access credentials, license keys, and HMAC signing secrets confidential. You must promptly notify us through a support ticket if you suspect that your account, license key, or signing secret has been compromised, so that the license can be unbound, rotated, or otherwise secured; if you are unable to access the panel, you must use the alternative means of communication described in the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution section.
3.Relationship to Other Agreement Documents
This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. The license grant, ownership provisions, and restrictions on the Resource and panel software are set out in the End User License Agreement. Our collection and handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Payments, order states, and refund eligibility are governed by the Refund & Billing Policy. A breach of this Policy constitutes a breach of the Terms of Service and of the End User License Agreement, and entitles us to exercise every remedy available under any Agreement Document, cumulatively and without election.
We may amend this Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Amendments are effective upon posting in the panel with an updated "last updated" date. We will endeavor to announce material changes via the panel, but a failure to announce any change does not affect the validity or effectiveness of an amendment; you are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically. Your continued use of any part of the Service after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Policy. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
4.General Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service, or permit it to be used, in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful to us, to other customers, to players, or to any third party, or in any manner that interferes with, degrades, or endangers the operation, security, or integrity of the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or to facilitate any illegal activity;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or the networks connected to it, including by denial-of-service attacks, flooding, or resource exhaustion;
- introduce malware, exploits, or any harmful code into the panel, the APIs, the Resource, or any plugin distribution mechanism;
- impersonate AW AntiCheat, its staff, or any other customer, or falsely represent an affiliation with us;
- commit payment fraud or use stolen or unauthorized payment instruments;
- resell, rent, sublicense, share, publish, or otherwise distribute license keys, signing secrets, the Resource, plugins, or any part of the Service, except as expressly permitted by the End User License Agreement.
Chargebacks and payment disputes. Initiating any chargeback or payment dispute without first raising the matter through a support ticket and exhausting the process set out in the Refund & Billing Policy is a material breach of this Policy. We may immediately suspend the account and licenses associated with any pending payment dispute until it is resolved; if the dispute is resolved against you, we may terminate the associated account and licenses without refund and recover from you the chargeback fees and costs we incur. Genuine billing errors must first be raised through a support ticket.
5.Panel, API and Automated Access
The panel and our APIs may be accessed only through the interfaces and mechanisms we provide, and only for the legitimate management of your own account and licenses. Abusive, excessive, or unauthorized programmatic use of the Service is prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the panel or APIs, whether manually or by automated means;
- circumvent, probe, or evade rate limits, throttling, quotas, or any other technical restriction we impose, including by rotating IP addresses, credentials, accounts, or license keys;
- issue automated requests at volumes or patterns that a reasonable operator would consider abusive, as determined by us in our sole discretion;
- probe, scan, fuzz, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to exploit any weakness in it, without our prior written authorization issued through a support ticket, as described in the Vulnerability Reporting and Security Research section;
- access or attempt to access any endpoint, administrative interface, or function that has not been made available to your account.
You may access only your own account, your own licenses, and the data associated with them. You must not attempt to access, view, enumerate, modify, or interfere with any other customer's account, licenses, license keys, signing secrets, configurations, validation logs, tickets, billing records, or any other data, whether by exploiting a defect, guessing identifiers, manipulating requests, social engineering, or any other means. If the Service ever exposes another customer's data to you due to a defect, you must not use, copy, or disclose it; you must report it immediately through a support ticket and delete any copies in your possession.
We may throttle, block, or terminate any traffic, session, account, or license that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be abusive or to threaten the stability or security of the Service, without prior notice and without liability.
6.License and Validation Integrity
The licensing system — including the binding of each license to exactly one FiveM server, the periodic revalidation performed by the Resource (approximately every five minutes), and the HMAC-signed configuration and verdicts returned by our servers — is fundamental to the Service, and any attempt to subvert it is a material breach warranting immediate termination. For the purposes of the Agreement Documents, "one FiveM server" means a single FiveM server instance or endpoint; each separate instance — including development, test, and staging instances — requires its own license. The unbind and rebind facility is provided solely for the legitimate migration of the licensed server; we may rate-limit, delay, or refuse rebind requests in our sole discretion, and systematic rotation of a single license across multiple servers or instances is a material violation of this Policy regardless of whether the uses are simultaneous. You must not:
- send spoofed, forged, replayed, or otherwise falsified validation requests to our servers, or cause the Resource to do so;
- forge, alter, strip, or replay HMAC signatures, or attempt to have unsigned or improperly signed data accepted as authentic;
- emulate, proxy, intercept, or man-in-the-middle the validation traffic between the Resource and our servers, or operate any counterfeit validation or "auth bypass" service;
- use a single license on more than one server or instance, whether simultaneously or by rotation; share license keys or signing secrets with anyone other than authorized personnel as described in the Scope and Application section; or attempt to activate keys that do not belong to you (including guessed, leaked, or brute-forced keys);
- tamper with, disable, or degrade the Resource's revalidation, verdict handling, or signature verification while continuing to present the server as protected by AW AntiCheat.
Validation logs (including server IP, hostname, key tried, and verdict) and audit logs are retained and may be used as evidence of violations. Signing secrets and webhook or API credentials are designed and intended to be handled server-side only and not sent to game clients; deliberately exposing them to game clients or to the public is a violation of this Policy.
7.License Term, Order States and Service Lifetime
License rights arise only when the associated order reaches "paid" or "granted" status. Orders in "pending" or "failed" status confer no rights of any kind, and any installation or operation of the Resource against a license whose order has not reached "paid" or "granted" status is at your own risk and may be interrupted or revoked at any time without liability. An order that becomes "refunded" results in the immediate revocation of the associated license.
All charges are one-time; there is no auto-renewal. Each license runs for its purchased term (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) unless renewed or, for lifetime plans, for the lifetime of the Service as described below. Upon expiry, revocation, or non-renewal, the Resource ceases to receive validation and signed configuration from our servers. We have no obligation to warn you before a license expires, and we accept no liability for any consequence of expiry, revocation, or non-renewal, including any harm to your server or community during any period in which it is unprotected.
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Service, not the lifetime of the purchaser. We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any feature, detection, plugin, or component of the Service, or the entire Service, at any time in our sole discretion. If the Service is permanently discontinued, all licenses — including lifetime licenses — end together with the Service, and any refund entitlement, if any, is governed exclusively by the Refund & Billing Policy.
8.Reverse Engineering, Tampering and Leaks
Except to the limited extent a mandatory provision of applicable law expressly permits and cannot be waived, you must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, dump, unpack, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, detection logic, signatures, heuristics, or protocol formats of the Resource, the panel, the plugins, or any other component of the Service. You must not modify, patch, hook, wrap, or create derivative works of any Service component, and you must not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice or technical protection measure.
You must not leak, publish, share, mirror, or otherwise disclose any part of the Service — including the Resource's files, plugins, detection lists, internal documentation, configuration schemas, or any non-public information about how detections operate — to any third party, whether for payment or free of charge. "Cracked", "nulled", or re-hosted copies of the Resource are strictly prohibited, and knowingly running such a copy is itself a violation.
Any violation of this section results in immediate termination of all of your accounts and licenses, without refund, in addition to any other remedy available to us at law or in equity. You acknowledge that a breach of this section would cause us irreparable harm for which damages are an inadequate remedy, and that we are entitled to seek injunctive relief without the requirement of posting a bond.
9.No Competing Use or Evasion Development
You must not use the Service, or any knowledge, data, output, or behavior obtained from it, to design, build, train, improve, benchmark, or market any product or service that competes with the Service, including any other anticheat, detection, or server-protection product. This includes systematic observation of the Resource's detections, verdicts, or configuration behavior for the purpose of replicating them.
You must not use the Service to develop, test, refine, or train cheat software, detection-evasion techniques, bypasses, spoofers, or any tool intended to defeat this or any other anticheat system. Operating a server, environment, or automated harness whose purpose is to probe what the Resource does or does not detect — including for "research", content creation, or resale of findings — is prohibited unless we have authorized it in writing in advance. We may treat any pattern of activity consistent with evasion development as a violation, as determined in our sole discretion.
You must not use whitelists, bypass rules, or any other configuration capability to grant, sell, rent, or advertise immunity from detection or punishment to any person. You must not state or imply that any cheat, tool, or service is undetected by, compatible with evading, or capable of bypassing AW AntiCheat, and you must not use the AW AntiCheat name, branding, or detection results in connection with the marketing, testing, or promotion of any cheat, spoofer, or bypass product. Holding a valid license does not authorize any of the foregoing, and any such conduct is a material breach warranting immediate termination of all of your accounts and licenses without refund.
10.Support Tickets and Uploaded Content
The support ticket system inside the panel dashboard is the only official channel for contacting us, and it must be used lawfully and in good faith. When submitting tickets or image attachments, you must not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors in any way, or that contains malware, other persons' personal data without a lawful basis, or credentials or secrets belonging to third parties. You must not use the ticket system to spam, abuse, threaten, or deceive our staff, to submit fraudulent claims, or to exfiltrate or transfer content unrelated to legitimate support.
You grant us the right to store, review, reproduce, and use ticket content and attachments for the purposes of providing support, investigating violations, improving the Service, and enforcing the Agreement Documents. We may remove any content and close, lock, or restrict any ticket at our sole discretion. Repeated abuse of the support system may result in restriction of support access, suspension, or termination.
11.Server Owner Responsibilities for Player Data
When you deploy the Resource on your FiveM server, it processes data about your players on your own infrastructure, under your deployment, configuration, and control — including player identifiers (such as Rockstar license, Discord ID, Steam ID, Xbox Live, Microsoft Live, and FiveM account identifiers, and IP addresses), hardware tokens, player names, detection events, ban records, and rate/event monitoring data. You — not AW AntiCheat — decide whether to deploy the Resource, what it is used for on your server, and how its outputs are acted upon, and you are solely responsible for that processing as the party determining its purposes. AW AntiCheat's Privacy Policy governs the data we receive through the panel and licensing system — account data and validation and audit logs — and does not govern the player data processed by the Resource on your infrastructure; you must maintain your own privacy documentation for your players.
You may use player data obtained through the Resource only for the protection, security, and moderation of the server(s) on which your license is bound. All other uses are strictly prohibited. In particular, you must not:
- harvest, aggregate, sell, license, trade, or otherwise commercialize player identifiers, hardware tokens, IP addresses, or any other data obtained through the Resource;
- publish, expose, or disclose player identifiers or personal data to shame, intimidate, or "dox" any player, or share such data outside your moderation context;
- use data obtained through the Resource for advertising, unrelated profiling, cross-community tracking unrelated to server protection, or any purpose unconnected to moderating your own server;
- combine Resource data with other datasets to identify, locate, or target players outside the context of protecting your server.
Optional features amplify your responsibility. If you enable the Discord account-age check (decoded locally from the snowflake identifier, without any API call), the Steam account-age check (performed server-side using your own Steam Web API key, whose terms you alone are responsible for complying with), chat-author verification, or the optional on-screen OCR layer, you do so at your own election and risk, and you are responsible for the lawfulness of that choice in every jurisdiction applicable to you and your players.
12.Player Disclosure and Legal Compliance
You must clearly disclose to your players, before or at the time they join your server, that the server is protected by anticheat monitoring, including the categories of identifiers and telemetry collected and the punishments that may be applied. If you enable the optional OCR layer, you must specifically disclose that an on-screen text-recognition layer runs locally on the player's machine and is designed to read visible text locally, match it against a cheat-menu watermark list, and then discard the text, so that only a match/no-match flag is intended to leave the player's machine. You are responsible for obtaining any consent, providing any notice, and maintaining any privacy documentation that the laws applying to your community require.
You must at all times comply with all laws applicable to you, your server, and your players — including data protection, privacy, telecommunications, and consumer laws — as well as the rules and terms of the platforms you rely on (including FiveM / Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Discord, and Steam). AW AntiCheat provides configurable tooling; it does not provide legal advice, and nothing in the Service or its documentation constitutes a representation that any particular configuration is lawful in your jurisdiction. If any applicable law or platform rule prohibits a feature or configuration, you must not enable it, regardless of whether the panel technically allows it.
13.Fair Configuration of Punishments
The panel allows you to configure detections, punishment actions (such as warn, kick, and ban), bypass rules, and whitelists per license. These are your choices, made and applied under your sole responsibility. You must not configure or operate the Resource, or any of its detections, punishments, bypass rules, whitelists, or lists, in a manner designed or used to harass, stalk, extort, humiliate, or discriminate against any player or group of players — including on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, or any other protected characteristic — or to punish players for reasons unrelated to genuine cheating, exploitation, or legitimate server moderation.
You acknowledge that all detection systems can produce false positives and that AW AntiCheat does not guarantee the accuracy of any individual detection or verdict. Decisions to warn, kick, or ban a player are yours alone, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, contextualizing, and, where appropriate, reversing punishments on your server. AW AntiCheat has no obligation to any player of your server, is not a party to any dispute between you and your players, and, as stated in the General Provisions, no player or other third party is a beneficiary of this Policy.
14.Webhooks and Outbound Integrations
The Service allows you to configure Discord webhooks that receive detection, ban, and join logs in Discord servers you control. You are solely responsible for the destination, security, audience, and content of every webhook you configure, and for everything that happens to data after it is delivered to your webhook endpoint. Webhook credentials are designed and intended to be handled server-side and not sent to game clients; you must likewise protect them and must not expose them publicly or route Service data to endpoints you do not control or are not authorized to use.
You must not use webhooks to publish player personal data to public or inappropriate audiences, to feed harvesting or doxxing operations, or otherwise to circumvent the restrictions in this Policy on the use of player data. Delivering data to a webhook does not change its permitted purpose: it remains restricted to the protection and moderation of your own server.
15.Blacklists, Watermark Lists and Detection Lists
Where the Resource or your configuration makes use of ban records and blacklists, the OCR cheat-menu watermark list, bypass rules, whitelists, or similar detection lists, these must be used exclusively for their intended purpose: identifying and acting on genuine cheating, malicious resources, or abusive behavior. You must not weaponize blacklist or list entries against legitimate scripts, resources, creators, or communities in order to grief, defame, or falsely punish players; must not seed lists with entries intended to trigger punishments against innocent targets; and must not use detection tooling as an instrument in commercial or community disputes. We may, in our sole discretion, treat any such misuse as a material violation of this Policy.
16.Vulnerability Reporting and Security Research
If you discover a vulnerability, weakness, or data exposure in any part of the Service, you must report it to us promptly and exclusively through a support ticket in the panel dashboard — or, if you cannot access the panel, through any alternative means we designate under the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution section — providing enough detail for us to reproduce and assess the issue. You must not access, copy, modify, or delete other customers' or players' data, degrade the Service, or use the issue for any advantage. You must not publicly disclose, sell, trade, or share the vulnerability or any related proof-of-concept with any third party until we have confirmed that remediation is complete or we have granted written permission to disclose. If this confidentiality obligation is held to be excessive in duration, it shall be enforced for the maximum period permitted by law rather than voided.
Nothing in this Policy authorizes active probing, scanning, fuzzing, penetration testing, or exploitation of the Service. Any such testing requires our prior written authorization issued through a support ticket, and unauthorized testing is a violation of this Policy regardless of motive. For vulnerabilities discovered incidentally and in good faith in the ordinary use of the Service and reported in full compliance with this section, we may, in our sole discretion, elect not to pursue enforcement under this Policy or legal action for the minimal steps necessary to identify and report the issue (a discretionary safe harbor). This safe harbor is not a bounty program, creates no entitlement to reward or acknowledgment, does not extend to any conduct beyond that minimal scope, and may be withheld or withdrawn where we determine the research was not conducted in good faith.
17.Monitoring, Investigation and Cooperation with Authorities
We may monitor use of the panel, the APIs, and license validation traffic to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to detect violations of the Agreement Documents. We may investigate any suspected violation, and in connection with an investigation we may review account records, validation logs (including server IP, hostname, key tried, and verdict), audit and activity logs, billing records, and ticket content; preserve and retain relevant records and evidence, including after suspension or termination; and suspend access on a precautionary basis while the investigation is ongoing.
We may disclose information and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, courts, payment providers, and platform operators where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or appropriate to protect the Service, our customers, players, or the public, as further described in the Privacy Policy. We have no obligation to notify you of such cooperation except where the law requires it.
While we may monitor and investigate as described above, we have no obligation to monitor use of the Service, to detect any violation, or to take any enforcement action. No failure or delay in monitoring, detection, or enforcement creates any liability on our part to any customer, player, or third party, nor any expectation of future non-enforcement.
18.Enforcement and Remedies
We enforce this Policy through a graduated ladder — warning, suspension, and termination — but we are not required to follow it in sequence. The choice of measure, its scope (account, individual license, or all licenses), and its duration are determined by us in our sole and final discretion, based on the severity, intent, and impact of the violation. Serious violations — including reverse engineering, leaking, forged validation or signatures, evasion development, the selling or advertising of immunity from detection, payment fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in breach of this Policy, and misuse of player data — may result in immediate termination without prior warning.
Enforcement measures may include, without limitation: issuing a warning; restricting features or support access; unbinding a license; suspending an account or license, including on a precautionary basis while a payment dispute is pending; revoking or terminating any or all accounts and licenses; banning the associated Discord account from re-registration; and refusing future sales. Termination or suspension for violation of this Policy or any Agreement Document is without refund, whether the affected plan is monthly, quarterly, yearly, or lifetime, and regardless of remaining term or unused time, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our decision on any enforcement matter is final.
Exercising or declining to exercise any remedy does not waive it or any other remedy, all of which are cumulative. We may also pursue damages, injunctive relief, recovery of chargeback fees and costs as described in this Policy, and any other remedy available at law or in equity.
19.No Guarantees; AS IS
The Service and the Resource are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Anticheat detection is an adversarial, probabilistic problem: we do not warrant or guarantee that the Resource will detect any or all cheats, exploits, or malicious behavior; that it will be free of false positives; that verdicts, configurations, or plugins will be delivered without interruption; or that the Service will be available at any particular time or meet any service level. No uptime, detection-rate, or accuracy commitment is made or implied anywhere in the Agreement Documents, and no statement by any person creates one.
Technical and architectural descriptions in the Agreement Documents — including descriptions of how signing secrets, webhook and API credentials, HMAC signatures, and the OCR layer are handled — describe design intent only and do not constitute warranties, representations, or service commitments.
You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of your server, configurations, and data, and for operating complementary moderation practices appropriate to your community.
20.Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AW AntiCheat's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Policy, the other Agreement Documents, the Service, or the Resource — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you actually paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim and (b) the amount you paid for the specific license giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost players, community or reputational damage, server downtime, or the cost of substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations apply in the aggregate across all claims and all Agreement Documents and shall survive termination.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AW AntiCheat and its owners, operators, staff, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by any third party — including any player of your server — arising out of or relating to: (a) your server and its operation; (b) your treatment of players, including warnings, kicks, bans, and any dispute over their fairness or accuracy; (c) your configuration choices, including punishments, bypass rules, whitelists, blacklists and detection lists, webhooks and their contents, and your election to enable optional features such as the OCR layer or account-age checks; (d) your collection, use, disclosure, or retention of player data obtained through the Resource; (e) your failure to make required disclosures to players or to comply with applicable law or platform terms; and (f) your breach of this Policy or any other Agreement Document. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
21.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy and all matters arising out of or relating to it or to the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Policy, the other Agreement Documents, or the Service, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or member of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, and you waive any right to participate in any such proceeding against us. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim alone shall proceed individually and the waiver shall remain in force for all other claims.
Before commencing any proceeding, you must first raise the dispute with us through a support ticket in the panel dashboard and allow us a reasonable opportunity of not less than thirty (30) days from our receipt of the dispute to respond and attempt an informal resolution. Where your panel access is suspended or terminated, we may, in our sole discretion, permit limited ticket access solely for dispute and security communications, or designate an alternative in-Service means of contacting us; the thirty (30)-day informal-resolution period applies regardless and runs from our receipt of the dispute through the means we designate, and inability to access the panel does not excuse compliance with this paragraph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or the Agreement Documents must be commenced within twelve (12) months after the event giving rise to it; any claim not commenced within that period is permanently barred.
22.General Provisions
Entire agreement. This Policy, together with the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Billing Policy, and the End User License Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and AW AntiCheat regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and representations, whether oral or written.
Severability. If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and, if necessary, reformed to reflect the parties' intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or remedy under this Policy shall not operate as a waiver of it, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any further exercise. Any waiver must be express and in writing issued by us to be effective, and applies only to the specific instance for which it is given.
Assignment. We may assign, transfer, or delegate this Policy and any of our rights and obligations under the Agreement Documents, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer this Policy, your account, or any license, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.
No third-party beneficiaries. The Agreement Documents are for the sole benefit of AW AntiCheat and the Customer. No player, end user, or other third party is a beneficiary of, or may rely on or enforce, any provision of this Policy or any other Agreement Document, and all obligations owed to players — including disclosure, fair treatment, and data handling — are owed by the Customer alone.
Force majeure. We are not liable for, and are excused from, any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including hosting, network, or infrastructure failures, denial-of-service and other attacks, and the unavailability, degradation, or changed terms of third-party platforms and providers on which the Service depends (including Discord, payment processors, and FiveM / Cfx.re). Force majeure events do not create any refund entitlement except as expressly provided in the Refund & Billing Policy.
Survival. All provisions of this Policy that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation the provisions on license and validation integrity, license term, order states and service lifetime, reverse engineering and leaks, player data restrictions, monitoring and evidence preservation, enforcement, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, no third-party beneficiaries, force majeure, governing law and dispute resolution, and these general provisions.
Contact. The only official channel for questions about this Policy, reports of violations, vulnerability reports, and all other communications with us is the Support (tickets) section inside the panel dashboard. Where your panel access is suspended, terminated, or otherwise unavailable, the alternative-communications provision in the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution section applies.
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Billing Policy, End User License Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy form one agreement set — read them together. The English text is the governing version.
Questions about these policies? Open a support ticket from your dashboard — it is our only official contact channel.
